CreatorIn ("Platform", "Service") is owned and operated by SutraNova Technologies ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using CreatorIn at creatorin.in, you ("User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
CreatorIn is an influencer marketing platform that provides:
Certain features require a paid subscription (Creator Pro or Brand Pro). Feature availability may change over time as we develop the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use CreatorIn. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
If you are registering on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

You may not create multiple accounts, share your account with others, or transfer your account to another person without our prior written consent.
Premium features are available via paid monthly subscriptions:
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date each billing cycle. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By providing your payment details, you authorise Razorpay to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel.
Prices are inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
The 24-hour free trial requires a valid payment method. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your saved payment method will be automatically charged the full subscription amount.
We offer a 24-hour free trial for new subscribers. To start a trial, you must provide valid payment details (card or UPI). Your payment method will not be charged during the trial period.
The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of 24 hours. You may cancel at any time during the trial period from your profile page to avoid being charged. Cancellation takes effect immediately — you will lose access to premium features upon cancellation during the trial.
Free trials are available to new subscribers only. We reserve the right to limit trial eligibility to prevent abuse.
CreatorIn's automation tools operate on your connected Instagram Professional account. By creating automation rules, you acknowledge and agree that:
CreatorIn acts as a tool executing your instructions. You remain the responsible party for all messages sent through your connected Instagram account. CreatorIn is not liable for any consequences arising from your automation configurations.
CreatorIn operates in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's policies. Features that require Meta App Review may have limited availability until approval is granted.

You may not use CreatorIn to circumvent Instagram's rate limits, spam detection, or any other platform safeguards. Violations may result in your Instagram account being restricted by Meta and/or termination of your CreatorIn account.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
The CreatorIn platform, including its design, logo, software, AI tools, and all content created by us, is owned by CreatorIn and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without our written permission.
You retain ownership of all content you create on the platform, including your DM templates, campaign briefs, and creator profiles. By using the Service, you grant CreatorIn a limited, non-exclusive licence to use your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. Instagram and Meta API access is subject to Meta's own terms, availability, and policies, which are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SutraNova Technologies and its founders, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to CreatorIn in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and emailing us a deletion request. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if:
On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Clauses 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
