CreatorBridge is a professional networking and discovery platform that enables creators, influencers, brands, agencies, startups, restaurants, cafes, gyms, and other businesses to connect and explore potential collaboration opportunities.
CreatorBridge acts solely as a technology platform that facilitates discovery, communication, and networking. CreatorBridge is not an employer, agent, broker, talent manager, advertising agency, or representative of any user.
2Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have legal permission from a parent or guardian where permitted by law.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet these requirements.

Creators represent and warrant that all information submitted is accurate and that they have the legal right to share such information.
5Brand Accounts
Brands may use CreatorBridge to discover creators and communicate regarding potential collaborations.
Brands are solely responsible for:
- Campaign requirements
- Advertising claims
- Promotional materials
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
6Collaborations and Agreements
Any collaboration, contract, sponsorship, payment arrangement, or business relationship formed through CreatorBridge exists solely between the participating users.
CreatorBridge:
- Does not negotiate deals.
- Does not guarantee campaign outcomes.
- Does not guarantee creator performance.
- Does not guarantee payment fulfillment.
- Is not responsible for disputes between users.
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreement.
7Platform Content
Users may upload text, images, videos, portfolio materials, profile information, and other content.
You retain ownership of your content.
By uploading content, you grant CreatorBridge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, reproduce, distribute, and promote such content solely for operating and marketing the Platform.
8Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Impersonate any person or business.
- Purchase or promote fake followers, engagement, or audience metrics.
- Upload illegal, defamatory, harmful, or infringing content.
- Violate intellectual property rights.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users.
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract Platform data.
- Distribute malware, spam, or malicious code.
- Interfere with Platform operations or security.

CreatorBridge may display information provided by users but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of:

- Pricing information
- Portfolio content
- Business information
Users should independently verify information before making business decisions.
10Intellectual Property
All CreatorBridge trademarks, branding, software, designs, logos, and content are owned by CreatorBridge or its licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit CreatorBridge intellectual property without prior written permission.
11Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services including social media platforms, hosting providers, analytics services, and authentication providers.
CreatorBridge is not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, or actions.
12Suspension and Termination
